PNW Izakaya
Takibi — Japanese for bonfire — is an innovative restaurant developed by Snow Peak. Founded in Japan with the belief in the restorative power of camping, Snow Peak has cultivated experiences in nature for over 60 years through its heirloom quality products.
Located in Snow Peak’s US headquarters, Takibi brings those gathering values to the dining room, giving friends a place to reconnect over a meal of quintessential Japanese dishes, each infused with the care, craft and quality that’s representative of the brand’s ethos.
Offering food inspired by gathering and cooking around the fire, Takibi’s menu includes large plates from the hearth, sushi, sashimi, tempura, specialty ramen, a five and seven-course omakase, and more. Takibi’s beverage program features an expansive sake list from Niigata, as well as cocktails and NA options.

Why a restaurant?
At Snow Peak, we believe takibi, or bonfire in Japanese, is the heart of every outdoor gathering. Further, the brand has a deep affinity for food and drink – and the majority of our products are food-related. A restaurant was a natural way to merge these elements while furthering our commitment to inspiring connection.
