Snow Peak Way Central 2024 Recap
Our second annual Snow Peak Way event at the breathtaking Sundance Resort in Utah was a celebration of nature, community, and adventure. Nestled at over 7,000 feet in the mountains, Sundance is a special place where art, nature, and community intertwine. These values were beautifully reflected throughout our time together there.
A Unique Camping Experience
One of the most unique aspects of Snow Peak Way at Sundance is that it is the only time guests are allowed to camp on the mountain at the resort. This exclusive opportunity to immerse in nature and connect with fellow outdoor enthusiasts made the event even more special. Each morning and evening, we gathered to enjoy coffee and drinks provided by the exceptional Sundance staff, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere to start and end our days.
Scenic Splendor and Activities
Campers enjoyed shibori dyeing, while a hike to Stewart Falls offered a chance to explore the local landscape. Takibi Time, a cherished Snow Peak tradition, brought everyone together around the fire for storytelling and connection. Discussions with naturalists opened our eyes to the rich biodiversity of the area, while education sessions with conservationists emphasized the importance of protecting these natural treasures. The highlight of our time together culminated in the release of a horned owl back into the wild.
Support from Our Partners
Our event was made even more memorable thanks to the support of our wonderful partners. EcoFlow provided power throughout the event, and offered a refreshing cooling experience in the Rigel and treated us to delicious shaved ice, a perfect way to beat the afternoon heat.
Rivian played a crucial role in transporting guests up and down the mountain, their vehicles proving to be reliable, comfortable and eco-friendly.
A Flourishing Partnership with Sundance
We thank our hosts at Sundance Resort for their generous hospitality. Our continued partnership underscores our shared values of quality, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for nature.
As we look back on the second annual Snow Peak Way at Sundance Resort, we are filled with gratitude and joy. The event brought together a diverse group of outdoor enthusiasts, each contributing to the vibrant community spirit that defines Snow Peak.
