Our warranty applies only to products purchased from Snow Peak or authorized Snow Peak dealers. If we find that a product didn't live up to our standards, we'll repair it or exchange it free of charge. In other cases, we'll provide the necessary repairs for a reasonable fee. Our After Service Department will reach out once we’ve received your claim. If the claim is subject to warranty, Snow Peak will be responsible for transportation and repair cost. For all other claims, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees to our warehouse, and international customers will additionally be responsible for customs, duties, and value added taxes.
