Belated Reflections on OR Snow Show 2020
Almost a month has passed since we spent a week in Denver for Outdoor Retailer Snow Show 2020. We’re sharing some photos of our booth and reflecting on an exciting week.
A Flurry of Activity
The buzz of Outdoor Retailer is undeniable. Entering the convention center prior to the show and seeing the stacks of crates and whirlwind of activity, then returning the following day to see neatly organized booths is an impressive transformation.
We unveiled a new booth design this year, focusing on new products, our Takibi line, and the Jyubako.
Highlights
- The Jyubako - We were excited to exhibit the first-ever Jyubako tiny house in the United States. Designed by renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, the Jyubako provides seamless integration of indoor/outdoor living. The Jyubako previewed at OR featured a full bathroom, HVAC, sleeping and living area, and was outfitted with Snow Peak furniture. Stay tuned: the Jyubako will be available for purchase in fall 2020!
- 2020 New Products - We previewed all of the new products launching in 2020. Favorites included the Home & Camp Burner (available now), Tsuzumi Bottle (available now), the US-exclusive Takibi Tarp (launching this fall) and the re-launched Takibi Fire & Grill (formerly the Pack & Carry Fireplace Kit). - Snow Peak Takibi Time Party - We hosted our bi-annual backyard #TakibiTime party for friends of Snow Peak. It’s one of our favorite ways to reconnect with loyal supporters and meet new ones.
