Green Onion Salad
Pair this simple salad with Sir Campalot’s pork belly recipe!
- 6 stumps Green onions
- 1/2 tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Korean chili powder
- 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Roasted sesame seed
- Sugar - 1 1/2 tablespoon

Slice green onions vertically as thin as you can. Soak sliced green onions in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain water and shake green onions dry. Mix salt, soy sauce, Korean chili powder, white vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seed, and sugar in a separate bowl to make salad dressing. Pour dressing onto green onions and mix well! Enjoy with pork belly. |
